Permanent forces of change are taking hold in the form of globalisation, technological shifts, and economic and political uncertainty. Everything is faster, more interconnected, complex, and ambiguous than ever before.

The Mentoring Circle invited two SMU Alumni,  Jimmy Soh, Jackson Kwa and Professor Paul Griffin to talk about adapting to an ever-changing world.

This episode will bring about an insightful discussion regarding the impact of technological advancement on university students’ career aspirations, particularly those who are coming from non-tech backgrounds.

Jimmy Soh is currently the Digital Business Integration Consultant at Accenture.

Jackson Kwa is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TechSociety Group and had worked at Alibaba in the Strategic Partnership department.

Paul Griffin is the Associate Professor of SMU School of Information System (Practice) and Director of MITB(Financial Technology & Analytics) Programme.
