In the third edition of our Broadening Horizons series, titled ‘Trailblazing in Technology,’ we had industry leaders Sian Wee Tan, Gustavo Fuchs and Bernard Tan share their experiences, as well as, tips and tricks to succeed in this line of work.
Some words of wisdom shared by our panelists include the importance of having a curious mind, being experimental, adopting a growth mindset, and finally, how passion can overcome all the challenges we face in the ever-changing tech industry. The discussion commenced with an exciting conversation about how COVID-19 has accelerated technology adoption and innovation, and how the new generation has to leverage on present-day opportunities to thrive in the ‘new normal’.
