We held our Mentor Induction 2 weeks ago virtually on Zoom. With the pandemic, it was unfortunate our initial plans to hold a physical induction night to welcome our mentors had to be converted into a virtual one. Despite being apart from each other, all of us had a great time getting to know fellow mentors, as well as members of the EXCO. We also had the chance to bond over various online games such as “We’re Not Really Strangers” which really helped to get conversations flowing!
Once again, we extend a warm welcome to mentors into the 4th Circle! Each of you will play a big part in your mentee’s growth and will be an integral part of the community as you continue to inspire and lead every day. Thank you for joining us on this journey and we look forward to a great academic year ahead with you!
