Last week, we hosted a preparatory workshop for our new mentors! Various aspects of mentoring were explored, such as goal-setting, good practices and the setting of boundaries for the course of the mentorship.
The session included a panel sharing by some of our previous members: Ng Kok Yin, Clarice Chng, Nevin Tan, Masahiro Tan, Soon Zhengxiang, Hafiz Kasman, Benjamin Wong and Tan Xin Hao. They shared about their TMC journey and best practices they used, for building a rewarding relationship between the mentors and their mentees!
With the new school term just around the corner, we are excited to facilitate a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for the members of TMC.
