TMC introduced TMC Academy 2019 – a 3-part series workshop jointly organized with Compass@Campus which will happen over 3 Saturdays.
Compass@Campus is a group of senior executives, professionals and entrepreneurs who believe in the value of developing future-ready servant leaders of integrity who will bring positive impact to our society.
They do this through pro bono educational programmes such as the IMPACT Leadership Mentoring Programme which prepares the next generation to rise to the challenges ahead.
In this session, we first learnt about Discovering Purpose and Redefining Success – to reprioritize time and resources towards what matters most to one’s success in life. Understand what really matters in living a fulfilled life.
Next, the second module covered topics on Trust and Integrity – To commit to cultivate trust and integrity as personal foundation in relationship building. Recognize the importance of traits and motives as predictors of performance.
We are very heartened to have veteran professionals share their industries’ wisdom and experiences to the undergraduates. There was definitely much fun and laughter involved as well! Our members have greatly benefited from it and are looking forward to the next 2 weeks 🙂
